Detailed design and documentation of boutique attached dual occupancy in the dress circle southern suburb of Canberra. The project consisted of knocking down the existing single dwelling residence and rebuild of fit for purpose designed residences. The development consists of two double story residences with three bedroom ensuite and basement carpark.
